Since you seem to be having trouble with the boss, I may suggest a few things: 1 I had Turtle Armor and full warding accessories. Only Jungle Grass can determine if the area you are in is, in fact, a Jungle Biome. Walls don't make the Jungle a Jungle, if I recall correctly.
